The luxury of essentiality<\/h1><\/div>
In this project, lightness becomes discipline: minimalism, simplicity, refinement. A building entirely regenerated using dry construction methods, with most of the materials designed to be reused, replaced, and put back into circulation. <\/div>\n
Every detail is designed to make you feel at home, a home that is a hotel, a service for people, where high quality and low cost meet, where every choice has in mind the idea of a future city, where hospitality returns to being concrete care, accessible quality, and precise experience.<\/div>\n
Systems sized with sobriety thanks to a more efficient envelope: triple-glazed wooden windows, recovered blinds, thin heat-reflective insulation where needed. The old beams have become furnishings, the old doors have been reused. All this stems from a precise methodology, almost a mantra: lightness. <\/div>\n

On the day we conceived MargheritaHome, we felt the same responsibility that accompanies all our projects: to create places that improve the lives of those who live in them. We have created a space that allows you to rest, offers tranquillity and encourages encounters.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

MargheritaHome is part of a broader journey, that of Laboratorio di Architettura, which for years has been experimenting with a different way of building: circular and sober. A small manifesto of living where architecture becomes hospitality and staying becomes an experience of shared well-being.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Breakfast is included and is served every morning at the times indicated by the property.<\/p>\n

Due to the characteristics of the premises, we are currently unable to accommodate pets.<\/p>\n

Parking spaces<\/span><\/h3>\n

Paid parking is available in the surrounding area or in the car park on Via Cecati (a 10-minute walk away).<\/p>\n

Pass for the restricted traffic zone<\/span><\/h3>\n
