Useful information for your stay

How is the cleaning service managed?

Bed linen is changed twice a week and towels every two days, with the possibility of additional changes on request.

What if I wish to extend my stay?

To extend your stay, please contact us and we will verify availability.

What if I leave after check-out time?

Check-out is required by the specified time; late check-out is not currently available.

What if I arrive before check-in time?

No problem, check-in is done online: upon arrival, you can ring the bell and enter.

How does payment work?

Payment is made in advance at the time of booking. Upon request, we can issue an invoice

Where can I park?

Paid parking is available in the surrounding area or in the car park on Via Cecati (a 10-minute walk away).

Is it possible to leave luggage before or after my stay?

Yes.
Luggage storage is available, allowing you to move around more freely.

Are pets allowed?

No.
Due to the characteristics of the premises, we are currently unable to accommodate pets.

Is there a lift?

No.
The stairs are part of the original structure of the building.

Is it possible to report food intolerances?

Yes.
We ask you to report them at the time of booking, so that we can accommodate you with greater care.

What’s nearby?

The property is located in an area that allows you to get around on foot, discover the city at your leisure and experience the local atmosphere without rushing.

Is this the right place for me?

If you are looking for authentic comfort, attention to detail, respect for what already exists and a more conscious way of travelling, then probably yes.

Are the common areas also suitable for those seeking tranquillity?

Yes.
The common areas are designed for socialising and conviviality, balanced with silence and moments of rest.

What does “more than stop” means?

It means really stopping.
Taking your time, inhabiting the space, experiencing a stay that leaves something behind, even after your departure

How is water and resource use managed?

Resource use is carefully considered. Taps are equipped with flow reducers and every choice is geared towards limiting waste without compromising on comfort.

How are energy and comfort managed?

The building has been renovated with high-efficiency insulation and heat pump systems to ensure comfort in all seasons while reducing energy consumption. Part of the energy used comes from photovoltaic panels integrated into the structure.

What kind of materials did you choose?

Natural, durable materials, often recovered or reused. Every choice was made with reuse, recycling and circularity in mind, to give value to the present and the future.

What does it mean that the rooms were created from an existing building?

It means that we chose to renovate without erasing.
The rooms were created while respecting the original structure, preserving traces, proportions and memories of the place.
